At Dovy Copley, we are committed to delivering thoughtfully crafted products with care. Below is
our shipping, delivery, and returns policy to ensure transparency and protection for our
customers and business.

1. Delivery & Shipping Information

Unless otherwise noted, we process and ship orders within 2–5 business days. Shipping times
may vary depending on location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • We currently ship within the U.S. and to select international destinations
    (Philippines - from a direct distributor)
  • Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Note: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs, or
weather-related disruptions. Once an order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for
delivery.

2. Returns & Refunds
We offer complimentary returns for eligible items within 15 calendar days of delivery. Items
must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • In a condition suitable for resale

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined.

Jewelry

Due to the personal and delicate nature of our jewelry:

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns for items that appear used, altered, or damaged.
  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Lotion &; Massage Oil Candles


For safety and hygiene reasons, returns or refunds are only accepted if the item arrives
damaged or defective. An unedited video recording of the unboxing process is required
as proof for us to grant the refund or exchange.

Perfumes (Extrait de Parfum)

You do not need to return the item. We trust you are being honest. To protect our small
business, we track refund requests and reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of repeated
acts that constitute abuse.

Perfume sales are final.

However:

  • If unsatisfied, we offer a 50% refund of the product price (excluding shipping).
  • No return is required.
  • Refund abuse (repeated requests) may result in denial of future claims.

3. Requesting a Return or Refund


To initiate a return or refund request:

  • Please email us at support@dovycopley.com within the applicable return window.
  • Include your order number, reason for return, and applicable video proof.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after
    approval. We are not responsible for delays from your bank or payment methods.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with these terms.
