1. Product Use & General Disclaimer
All Dovy Copley products are intended strictly for personal, non-commercial use. By purchasing or using our products, you agree that you have reviewed all product descriptions, materials, and instructions for use.

Dovy Copley shall not be held liable for any adverse effects, injuries, or damage resulting from using or misusing our products, including use inconsistent with provided instructions.

2. Safety & Allergy Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and materials before purchasing and using them. A patch test is recommended for all skincare and fragrance products. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

We disclaim all responsibility for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or other adverse outcomes. Use is at your own risk.

3. Product Warnings & Usage Guidelines 

Perfume (Extrait de Parfum) 

  • External use only
  • Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, or mucous membranes
  • Flammable: Keep away from flames or heat
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets


Lotion & Massage Oil Candle

 

  • Burn within sight and away from flammable items
  • Do not burn longer than 2–3 hours per use
  • Allow wax to cool before applying it to your skin; test on a small area first.
  • Not edible


Jewelry

  • Avoid exposure to water, perfume, and chemicals
  • Do not wear while bathing, sleeping, or exercising
  • Small parts may pose a choking hazard
  • Use caution if you know metal sensitivities

4. Natural Variation Disclaimer

Most of our products are handcrafted, made in batches, or made with natural materials. Color,
shape, texture, or scent variations are standard and are not defects.
